My name is Nicole, and I am an Air Force wife. After dating in college, Andrew & I got married in April 2011 (a few months after he graduated from Basic Training). We then moved to England where we lived for about three and half years. I started this blog as a way to keep family and friends updated while we lived so far from home.
While in England, we got pregnant and had our first child. Our little peanut, Gerrit, decided to arrive early, and we were thrilled to become a family of three.
Just a few months after Gerrit joined the family, we headed to Andrew’s next assignment in North Carolina. We bought a house there, thinking we would be there for awhile, but about a year later, Andrew was accepted into Officer Training School! Just a few weeks before Gerrit turned 2, we moved to Texas to be with Andrew through pilot training.
While in Texas, I became pregnant with Baby #2! After Andrew graduated from pilot training, we all headed to Little Rock, AR for his first phase of training to fly the AC130W. Our 2nd little boy was born during our brief stay there, and then we headed to our next home in New Mexico. We should be staying put here for awhile to make memories as a family of four!
Besides being a new mommy, I enjoy cooking, baking, crocheting, scrapbooking, growing plants, and spending time with family & friends.

Mom, I started selling items on that sales page on Facebook for the bases. So far I have several orders, but I’m waiting for a yarn shipment to come in so I can really get started. Eventually, I might start a “business” page on Facebook so others can order, but I’m afraid I might get swamped and overwhelmed! So we’ll see. I love you!
Kelsi, I’m sorry you can’t sleep! I’m glad the blogs keep you entertained though! 🙂 I love you too!
